Paris Content Guide
For all my content loving girlies, here's a list of all my best content spots in Paris. Save this one for your upcoming visit.
Palais Royal
If you’re searching for the perfect spot to capture casual outfit pictures, this is the place. The surroundings are beautiful and the lighting is consistently flattering no matter the weather. For that soft golden glow, I highly recommend heading here in the morning. The light tends to hit best on the left side (when facing from the Louvre entrance), so grab a takeaway coffee from Café Kitsuné and snap your perfect shots.
Palais Galliera
If it’s raining and you need some cover for your photos, this spot is perfect. Enter from the Seine side and you’ll find a gorgeous staircase on the right framed by beautiful sculptures and warm beige tonnes that make every shot look stunning. It’s a popular location for photoshoots, so try to go early to avoid the crowds.
Rue de l’Université
This street offers one of the most beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. If you want the tower to appear in your photos without dominating the shot, this is the perfect spot as it gives you the right balance of Parisian charm and iconic backdrop.
Hotel de la Marine
This is another charming spot, perfect if you’re after a clean background and a great bench for photos. Inside the hotel you’ll also find a lovely café called Laperouse, which I highly recommend if you’re a fan of strong coffee.
Benoit Paris
For beautiful evening photos with warm, cozy light and charming lace details, this is the perfect spot. Don’t forget to order their creamy vanilla ice cream and a glass of bubbles, it’s the perfect way to complete the experience
.Hotel Costes
Outside Hotel Costes, you’ll find a stunning black wall that makes an incredible backdrop for photos. Avoid going there midday as it gets quite busy and therefore it can be tricky to snap a picture without people in the frame. I’d also recommend wearing something white or beige as it really pops against the dark background.
Place Vendôme
Here’s a little life hack I discovered on my last visit: go right after it rains. The place is usually empty and the softer, neutral sky draws more attention to you and your outfit. Just don’t forget to bring an umbrella.
Jardin des Tuileries
On a sunny autumn day, this is the perfect spot. The park is filled with golden leaves and charming beige benches that give off the perfect fall vibe. Grab a coffee from a nearby café and enjoy the atmosphere, it’s ideal for warm, seasonal photos.
Musée Rodin
With its beautiful architecture and stunning visuals, this spot fits perfectly into any aesthetic. I especially love the entrance, where natural light floods in over the black-and-white checkered floor. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Pro tip: go here right when they open to catch the hallway empty.
Musée d’Art Moderne
A recent favorite of mine, this museum offers free entry and features plenty of beautiful exhibitions which is perfect for photos. They also allow photography, which is an absolute dream. Scroll down for a little inspiration.
Musée Picasso
If you’re in Le Marais and in the mood for something a bit more artsy and definitely photo friendly, this museum is a great choice. It’s slightly darker than the other two, but every bit as beautiful.
Café Marly
I know this is one of the most touristy spots, but hear me out here. The view over the Louvre is absolutely gorgeous and it’s such a beautiful setting for photos. The tones are neutral and the scenery is stunning. While the coffee is on the pricier side, the photos you’ll get here are completely worth it.
